Just a few days ago the men and women of Ireland set a very interesting precedent for the rest of us when they showed up at the home of a friend to prevent the Sheriff (British Colonist Law-type Sheriff) from repossessing his home and handing it over to ULSTER BANK (which happens to be a British bank, how about that).
This white-haired hero led the charge, after others asked the Gardai (Irish Police) if they were operating on their Oath of Office and not as Policy Enforcers (they got nervous and hid behind the Sheriff). This eloquent and well-educated man let it be known that under Article 4 of the Irish Constitution "a man's home is INVIOLABLE except in accord with Law". The subtle difference here being, the Sheriff is operating under CONTRACT and thus under Commercial Law (not Common or Natural Law). The Sheriff in his own private Court signed the order to repossess the house as a Magistrate, magically transformed into the Sheriff, and went about to enforce it. His excuse: "I've been doing this job for 30 years" As if long-standing corruption was to be respected.
